We’re the Williamson family, lifelong North Carolinians who are grateful to call the coast home. Brunswick County is where our happiest memories are rooted. We dreamed of creating a place that captured that feeling of slowing down after a day in the sun, when the air is warm, the sky glows pink, and everyone craves reconnection. That dream became Lilly Bird’s Creamery, named for our daughter Lillian, whose joyful spirit reminds us why we started in the first place.
